My fairies are hand made in my kitchen in North End, Portsmouth, using a traditional recipe.

With the exception of sprinkles and glitter, I make all The decorations (this is the part I enjoy the most) I have a wide range of decorations to choose from but I'm always happy to discuss any individual requirements for non standard decorations.

My kitchen has been inspected and approved by Portsmouth City Council's Environmental Health Department and I follow the Food Standards Agencys guidelines.
